Thailand has three airlines serving the country - Thai Airlines International, Bangkok Airlines and the newly formed Angel Airline Co.
Thai Airways International is the national carrier of Thailand and operates both International flights to destinations worldwide and Domestic flights to most major towns and cities in Thailand. Offering excellent service, it is frequently highly rated in surveys of International airlines. Its comprehensive web site provides details of the airline, its routes and contact addresses and/or phone numbers for its worldwide offices.
Bangkok Airlines - "the tourists choice" operates primarily between Bangkok and Koh Samui although it does operate on other routes, including Bangkok to Phnom-Penh. Having built the company owned airport on Koh Samui (possibly one of the most attractive airport termianls in the world!) it operates 16 round trips daily, saving a 14-hour trip by road or rail and ferry. See its web site for full details of routes and fares.
Angel Airline Co. is a new Thai carrier that only recently started services. It is currently leasing three aircraft - a 112-seat Boeing 737-500, a 30-seat Dornier 328 and a luxury eight-seat Beech Jet. The airline's Boeing serves Bangkok, Phuket, Singapore and the northern Thailand city of Chiang Mai. The Dornier flies directly between Bangkok and the northeastern city of Udon Thani. The Beech operates charter flights. As far as I am aware, there is no web site for this airline.
